FAQ's

How do I schedule for an appointment?

To schedule a consultation or any procedure, please click the “book here” button below. If you have any special requests or have difficulty finding an appointment that works for you, please contact me at (631)671-7498.

What to expect in the consultation?

The consultation is a short 30-minute call/appointment (via facetime, phone call, or in-person) where we can explore what procedure is the best choice for you. I will also give you details on the process and what to expect on the day of your procedure. Also, I use this time to answer any questions you may have. The goal of this consultation is to choose the right procedure for you, make sure you understand the process, and last but not least, make sure you are happy.

*I always allow enough time during each procedural appointment to answer any questions as well so there’s always a built-in consultation.

Which brow service will give me the most natural look?

This depends on the client’s existing brow hairs! At the beginning of every appointment there is a consultation. I will discuss which method is most natural for you.

Which brow service is most suitable for me?

Again, this depends on the client’s existing brow hairs, skin type, lifestyle, etc. I can easily determine this in our initial consultation.

Am I eligible for a brow procedure?

You are ineligible for brow services if you are: pregnant, breast feeding, diabetic, if you have glaucoma, skin diseases, keloid disorder, autoimmune disease, hepatitis, cancer/chemo or if you’re taking skin medications like steroids. You must also be over 18 years old. There could be other factors which may disqualify you but it would have to be discussed further in a consultation.

How long and many sessions does it take for a new set of brows or lip blush?

For the initial appointments, I take my time but it usually takes about 3-3.5 hours long and for touch ups usually 2 hours or less. Every brand new set of brows or lip blush requires two sessions to be complete and to achieve the desired look. The first session is the initial appointment and the second session is the first touch up or the “perfecting appointment”. This is to ensure that the shape, color and retention is perfected.

How does lip blush work?

A tiny pen-like machine and a very small needle is used to gently deposit pigment into the lips. This slowly builds a beautiful, natural lip color. Color and boldness are based on the client's preference.

Will lip blush look like lipstick?

Lip blush is a technique that produces more of a “lip tint” result, however, everybody’s skin takes the tattoo differently. I always start light and we can build on color at the touch up.

What is the healing process?

You will be given thorough aftercare instructions to take care of your new permanent makeup investment. You will experience some swelling, soreness, and will appear darker for the first day following the appointment. Brows take about 14 days to heal. During this time, you will need to keep them extremely dry except when washing them twice daily with a specific cleanser and applying an ointment. Lips have the easiest and fastest healing. It only takes about 7 days. During this time, you will need to apply an ointment as your lips will be chapped.

Can I get permanent makeup if I have Botox or fillers?

Yes! For any permanent makeup procedure and Botox or filler appointment, it MUST be at least one month apart from each other. Lips with filler do not interfere with the process of tattooing lips or the results.

How long does lip blush or any brow procedure last?

The retention of any permanent makeup depends on different factors such as the color you chose, your lifestyle, and how you care for them before and after your appointment. Although some permanent makeup can last 5+ years, it is most likely recommended to have a yearly color boost (touch up).

How long should I wait to get a touch up?

A touch up should be at least 10 weeks after the first initial session, once the brows and lips are fully healed.

What is the cancellation policy?

I am flexible with rescheduling as long as it’s done within 72 hours. Due to the high demand of clients booking, if you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit payment. By confirming your appointment, you have confirmed that you have read and agreed to these conditions.

What are your forms of payment?

I accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Cashapp, and all major credit cards.
